Vintage Golf Clubs 1000 Piece Jigsaw

A lovely 1000 piece jigsaw for the golfer, ideal for birthdays, featuring images of 16 golf clubs from the 1600s to the modern day.

Early golf clubs made from forged iron were very unforgiving for the golfer, but were revolutionised by the introduction of cavity-back irons with perimeter weighting and an improved sole design made it possible for even the amateur to be more consistent. Examples of designs from 1600s onward are beautifully illustrated in this jigsaw.
